Yvonne Chan, the Beverage Manager at Bar Antoine at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her role. With a distinguished 8-year career in the bartending industry, Yvonne has consistently demonstrated that quality surpasses quantity.

Yvonne began her bartending journey at Ori-Gin Bar and Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour, two establishments renowned for their focus on gin—a reflection of her deep appreciation for this distilled spirit. Her talent and dedication quickly propelled her to The Old Man Hong Kong, where she assumed the role of Head Bartender in 2019. That same year, The Old Man achieved the top spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list. Yvonne's remarkable accomplishments in 2019 were further recognized when she was named Rising Star by both Time Out Hong Kong Bar Awards and The Bar Awards Hong Kong & Macau.

In June 2021, Yvonne joined ARGO as Head Bartender, where she collaborated closely with the Beverage Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong to innovate the cocktail program. Her contributions helped ARGO secure impressive rankings on Asia’s 50 Best Bars and World’s 50 Best Bars 2023 lists, placing 8th and 34th respectively.

Yvonne's dedication to her craft extends beyond her daily work. She actively participates in cocktail competitions to refine her skills and frequently travels to share her bartending expertise and exchange ideas with peers globally.
