Two culinary greats are joining forces for a one-of-a-kind dining experience on Tuesday 8th October at Pavyllon London. One of the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred chefs, Yannick Alléno, is welcoming esteemed British chef Adam Handling MBE (Michelin-starred chef owner of the Adam Handling Collection) to join him behind the counter, where the pair will co-create a unique eight-course menu, reimagining some of their best dishes.
This collaboration marks the start of Pavyllon London’s highly anticipated Counter-Culture Series, where owner Yannick and head chef Benjamin invite culinary masters to their impressive kitchen counter – one of the most iconic in London – for an unforgettable evening of gastronomy, with additional dates and chefs to be announced for 2025.
